We analyze over 500 acoustic features in milliseconds, creating a psychometric databank of a person’s key personality traits, and current emotional state, exposing their state of mind.
These voice-based psychometric insights are then used to predict and influence the behavior of customers and employees, lifting customer conversions and employee performance.
